Neal G. Atway

Neal G. Atway is a partner in the law firm of Atway & Cochran, Attorneys at Law, LLC, located in downtown Youngstown. He received his law license in 1992 and graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Case Western University.

Prior to forming his practice with Scott R. Cochran, Attorney Atway was associated with the law firm of Betras and Dann from 1993 until 1997. He was also employed in the Ernst and Young tax department in Cleveland, Ohio.

In 1997, he formed the law firm of Atway & Cochran, Attorneys at Law, LLC, with attorney Scott R. Cochran. He limits his practice primarily to state and federal criminal defense in addition to business and corporate transactions and liquor licensing issues. Neal is a life-long Youngstown area resident. He is happily married and has four children.

Scott R. Cochran

Scott R. Cochran is a Youngstown native. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Attorney Cochran received his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University-Franklin Thomas Backus School of Law and has practiced law in Youngstown since 1995.

He is currently a partner in the law firm of Atway & Cochran, Attorneys at Law, LLC. His practice consists largely of personal injury, DUI defense and criminal defense. He and his wife currently reside in the Youngstown area and have three children.

Amy L. Higgins

Amy L. Higgins, a native of Brookfield, Ohio, graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law and is licensed to practice in Ohio.

Currently, Attorney Higgins is an associate at Atway & Cochran, Attorneys at Law, LLC. Her practice consists of personal injury matters, including medical and nursing home negligence issues. She and her husband have one child and currently reside in Trumbull County.
